About Country View Crafts
Country View Crafts is a family run UK based online outlet for a wide range of mixed media, journaling, craft, scrapbooking, and card making materials and accessories. You can buy paper cutting machines and dies from all the main manufacturers like Ellison - (Sizzix, Big Shot, Big Shot Plus, Switch).
We also stock a large range of embellishments, inks, stamps, toppers, embossing powders and many other items to help with your crafting.
Country View Crafts sponsor of UKScrappers web forum and Country View Challenges, and we'd like to think that we have a good raport with our customers there, quite often giving helpful information and informing people of our current offers along the way.
Is shopping with you secure?
Yes, shopping with us is 100% secure. We take this very seriously, and we know how some people are reluctant to give their details online. We'd like to reassure you that our payment server is completely secure and at no point are your card details seen by us, nor are they kept on file.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Sage Pay or you can also pay using PayPal.
Once at the checkout stage you can click the 'Checkout' button to pay via Sage Pay's secure server or Paypal. Input your details as normal and once your payment has been accepted you will be taken back to our website for confirmation.
Can I pay any other way?
Yes. We also accept cheques and postal orders if you are not happy with paying online. To pay via one of these methods simply follow the checkout stage through until you come to the screen where you'll find the 'Pay via Cheque' button. Use this method and then complete the checkout as normal.
Once complete, please send us a confirmation email to inform us of when you intend to send your cheque or postal order for your order. You can find our contact details and mailing address here.
Can I pay for my order over the phone?
Yes, if you would prefer to pay for your order over the phone we can now also accept card payments this way, please call us on 01767 262304.
You can also collect your order via a pre arranged appointment time
How much will delivery be?
All orders over £30.00 are delivered completely free of charge to the United Kingdom with the following exceptions:
- Frenchic Furniture Paint is posted via APC Overnight Courier. Unfortunately we are unable to send paint to NI, Highlands & Islands.
- Delivery to EU European countries is dependant on weight, with prices starting from as little as £7.50 per order and increasing to £55.00 for the heaviest parcels, most likely to be our Crafting Machines.
If you are outside of the UK and Europe, America, Canada & Australia you can still shop with us, but we must insist that you contact us to make sure we can dispatch items to your location and give you an estimate for delivery.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day. In the unlikely event that we cannot complete an order within a reasonable time frame we will contact the buyer at the earliest opportunity. Possible reasons why we may not be able to complete an order may include:
- The item ordered is not currently available
- There was a problem with payment processing, for example a credit card being declined
- An error in the product listing description or price
At our discretion we may post high value or large size orders via recorded delivery. If you would like your order sent via recorded delivery only please contact us before placing your order as this may be arranged at an extra cost.
For overseas customers please allow 5-10 working days before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of your order. If after this time your order has still not arrived then by all means contact us to enquire and we'll do all we can to help track it for you.
What about refunds and exchanges?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you the cost of the item(s), less our original delivery costs if the order qualified for free delivery.
You are responsible for the safe return of any items to us, as well as any costs incurred while doing so. It is strongly advised that any returns are sent with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return.
Should you receive damaged or incorrect goods we will offer a replacement item or, if unavailable, an alternative or a full refund. If the error was ours we will also refund any return delivery costs.
Please note: We can only refund CDs if they are returned in their original sealed and unopened packaging.
Pre-Order Items
Our general policy is to only list items for sale on the website that we actually have in hand, however occasionally for newer items where demand is expected to be high we may offer items for Pre-Order.
Pre order items will appear on the website as normal "in stock" products but the description or product title will clearly identify them as "Pre-Order" items. When a Pre-Order item is shown as "in stock" that means it is available to Pre-Order, not that we have it in hand. Pre-Order items will only be dispatched when our shipment arrives. When a Pre-Order item is showing as "out of stock" it usually means the pre-order sales have reached our expected shipment volume.
Pre-Order items will be dispatched as soon as our shipment arrives. When non Pre-Order items are included in the same transaction, the in hand items will usually be dispatched in advance of the Pre-Order items if you are within the UK.
