This versatile brush on product can be used as a glue, sealer and finish. It is low odour and dries quickly to a clear, hard and durable finish. Use images from magazines, posters, wrapping paper, photos, napkins and more to create collages, mixed media art, scrapbook pages and craft and home decor projects.
** The key to using napkins with Decoupage is remembering to remove the two layers of plain white napkin from the layer with the design. It is often easier to cut your design out first and then remove the other layers, this way it will not rip easily.
