Artist Pigment Paints by Andy Skinner are another fantastic product from the Cosmic Shimmer Range! They have a totally transparent look to them. When painted over stamped images or transfers, you can paint with it neat, straight over just like an ink - a small amount gives lovely coverage or mix with water for a washed effect. You can even use them in spray misters for a stunning effect! However you use these, because they are transluscent, the original image still shows perfectly through!
