The Cosmic Shimmer Strata Paste is an excellent dimensional paste that has combined large mica flakes and a texture paste, providing you with a rough structure once it is dry. This paste can be applied with either a spatula or your own fingers straight onto a primed or non-primed surface.

You can either carefully use a heat tool to dry the paste, or allow it to air dry, and then paint. This paste is perfect for use with other products within Andy Skinner's range.
