Ornament embossing Using a pencil draw a horizontal and vertical line centrally on the reverse side of the paper. Attach the measuring-ruler with low-tack tape to the light-box. Place the paper on top with the intersection of the lines exactly on the central 0-point of the ruler. Attention: * If on the pattern a horizontal and vertical line cross one another, then place the pencil lines on the horizontal and vertical lines of the ruler. * If on the pattern two diagonal lines cross one another, then place the pencil lines in line with the diagonal lines of the ruler. * On some of the patterns horizontal/vertical lines as well as diagonal lines are marked. In that case the pencil lines are placed in line with the horizontal/vertical lines. The intersection on the measuring-ruler is marked with number 0. Starting from 0 all horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines are numbered. If the pattern indicates 2, then you will need to emboss point 2. At 4 the 4th point will have to be embossed. As soon as all the indicated points have been embossed, paper and ruler can be removed from the light-box. Now place the complementary pattern-ruler on the light-box, check to see if you will need the motifs a, b, c or d. Now place the paper with the embossed point on the marked point of the motif and emboss the motif. Repeat this until all motifs have been embossed.
